in 2003, during the worst period of the sars epidemic, gao senbo, who was 60 years old at the time, was invited by his friend and then vice chairman of quanlin packaging (formerly fanmei packaging), decided to give up his comfortable retirement life and resolutely brought his wife to gaotang, shandong.

in 2022, gao senbo and his wife passed away in their hometown of switzerland. in order to commemorate and thank gao senbo and his wife, gaotang county specially awarded him the title of "honorary citizen of gaotang county" on the 20th anniversary of the couple's arrival in gaotang.

hong gang, the current chairman of fenmei packaging, received the certificate of honor on behalf of gao senbo and his wife, and placed an environmentally friendly bench made of 3,500 recycled milk beverage cartons in the talent park to commemorate gao senbo and his wife.
